The Blind Girl

Somewhere across lands and mountains in the east, there was a blind girl who hated herself because she's blind. She hated herself for not being able to see the beauty of the world like everyone else could. She hated everyone, trust no one, except her loving fiance. He is always there for her, comfort her, bring her around, sing for her, entertain her and does everything just to make her happy. Then came one day when the Blind girl said that if she could only see the world, she would marry her fiance.

Soon the day came when someone donated a pair of eyes to the blind girl which enables her to see the beautiful world around her everything, including her fiance.

With heart full of hope her fiance asked her, "Dear one, now that you can see the world, will you marry me?" The girl was shocked when she saw that her fiance is blind too, and refused to marry him.

Her fiance walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to girl saying. "Just take care of my eyes dear one."

"This is how human brain changes when the status changed. Only few remember what life was before, and who's always been there even in the most painful situations. Never make any promise if you can't fulfill it. Cherish everyone in your life. You never know if you need their help in future."

"Never take someone for granted, Hold every person close to your Heart because you might wake up one day and realize that you have lost a diamond while you were too busy collecting stones. Remember this always in life!"
